Air Curl Fundraiser

Castle FY Powerlifting Club is raising funds to purchase a para powerlifting bench—a vital piece of equipment that makes strength training accessible to everyone, including athletes with disabilities. For just $5, you can support this mission by purchasing a virtual "Air Curl" and making a real difference in the community.

Every Air Curl donation directly supports our goal of bringing para powerlifting to Castle FY. As a thank-you, World Powerlifting Champion Paul Speering will perform a real bicep curl for each Air Curl purchased. And because powerlifters don’t really train biceps (they don’t help the big three, after all), you might see me get tired and need to lie down halfway through the set!

Every curl will be recorded—complete with a personal shout-out to each donor—and shared on our Facebook page. Expect plenty of laughs, some questionable form, and maybe even a bit of self-reflection about why I agreed to do this in the first place!
