About Us

In the early days of the pandemic, with gyms closing down everywhere, I decided to build my own gym at home, in my garage. Yep, actually build one.

With the help of some friends, we built a squat rack, a bench, and a deadlift platform, from wood no less, and Castle FY Powerlifting Club was born.

Over time, we outgrew our garage, and moved into a specifically built shed on my property in the winter of 2023. The original pieces we built continue to amaze us with their robustness, and despite slowly adding commercial grade equipment to the facility, they are still central to our gym.

Now, in 2024, we are still going strong, and to fund our continued growth, we'll be turning our creative eye to the area of quality gym and training apparel. There is an untapped market for high quality, long lasting clothing for those who train hard and 'recover' hard.
